I've been using Target Optical for about 8 years and have had mixed experiences. I gave them a 5-star review previously, but unfortunately had to downgrade to 3 stars. Their people are friendly. Decent customer service. They used to be more cost-effective than the last four optical stores I've used in the past. That's no longer the case. I was surprised by how much more it cost recently than the last prescriptions I've gotten there, even with insurance. The only place I go for glasses. Fahim is absolute amazing, provides excellent service, and I look forward to coming back here annually for any of my optical needs!
When I went back to pick up my glasses, Brian was there to help me. He was very patient with me. Answered all my questions. He was very understanding. As a senior citizen it was definitely appreciated.
Nadia and Kaylee are very professional and courteous. They both made this an easy process. Everyone should go to the Sugar Land optical to see them!!!
