The receptionist/ secretary was very rude. It seems like she doesn’t want to be there to do her job. Can’t believe how hard it is to verify an insurance to a new patient and it was only me who was there, not busy at all. Please have somebody else or you will not get customers. I ended up cancelling my appointment. All clients should be treated properly. 0/10 customer service experience.
Receptionist is rude. No customer service attitude. Replace her and we might add a better review.
