3 Stikes your out! Great doctor, no complaints. Thank you Dr Edward! We (3) had eye exams and my daughter and I purchased glasses at the Tinley Park location. Her glasses were made with the wrong frame and was given an attitude when she picked them up. They finally replaced them but was a huge inconvenience as she she had difficulty seeing during the extended wait period. My frames were ordered with the wrong prescription. The doctor was thorough and easy to work with. The staff Kassie and Kimora were great to work with as well. Everyone was totally efficient. Courteous, and knowledgeable.
Couldn't do everything I wanted to do because of their policy (get a lens switched out) but the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Very easy recommendation.
Great customer service by associate. Unfortunately I don't have the young lady's name who helped me she gave me a generic business card. she was African-American. I always tried to give out kudos to great customer service because it gets rarer and rarer these days. The only thing that was disappointing was my eyemed insurance who is owned by Luxottica Retail who owns Target? Optical LensCrafters Sears optical. My insurance gave me $150 allowance but their contacts was so expensive. I could only get $30 for each eye which was... read more
