The screw had fallen out of my glasses and Mary fixed them right away even though I hadn’t bought my glasses there. Excellent customer service!
Ask questions. The front desk operates under the policy, "if they don't ask, don't tell". They assume everyone that walks in the door knows everything they need to prior to ordering eyeglasses online. You are cattle, not customers.
Never thought I'd say this about a doctor's office but I could have sat in that exam chair all DAY! Dr Anjli Bedi was simply the best. She is kind, personable, and so funny. I felt like I'd been her patient for years, when in fact this was my first time meeting her. Cannot recommend this clinic enough!
