So I understand this place got lit on fire, but if there is any way to get my prescription sent over to LensCrafters so I can see again that'd be "lit" like the kids say.
HORRIBLE- DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COST. They over charged me after my insurance- they also gave my son the INCORRECT RX for his glasses. they gave up on teaching my son how to put contacts in after a few trys. horrible. horrible. horrible- please do not go here- the guy isn't a nice guy either
Great customer service
Made an appointment here and they closed early without calling to tell me they were cancelling my appointment. I took a Lyft all the way to the place only to me met with a sign that said “We’re closed today, sorry for the inconvenience.” I think courtesy would dictate a business to call their appointments and give them a heads up before people go out of their way to be somewhere for no reason.
The absolute worst customer service! Don’t waste your time here!!
