I was able to get glasses adjusted perfectly, great service all around
Ambara at the Eden Prairie Optical was absolutely AMAZING! She went over and beyond to fulfill my preferences. I can’t thank her enough for such a positive, caring & friendly interaction. Her knowledge and customer satisfaction was nothing but top notch. I was nervous about ordering my first pair of prescription eyeglasses and Ambara made me feel at ease. Everyone should have such an experience. Thank you Ambara…Thank you Target Optical! (Lens Crafters was nowhere near the same experience!)
The sales associate was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. She is an asset to target optical. Now I have the perfect pair of glasses that I’ve always wanted.
