From helping with questions about insurance, to my exam and picking up glasses, all the staff at the Richfield branch were friendly and professional. The location is tidy, and my glasses were ready to pickup by the expected date.

I stopped in at Target optical in Richfeild Mn. Dawn was the person I spoke with & really helped me out….Dawn really went the extra mile. Explained my questions I had. looked over my policy and gave me great direction & cleared up a few billing questions as well. I will be changing over to this location in the future & passing along the great customer service, knowledge and the fact that I felt like my questions were answered in a positive & friendly manner…. Thank you again Dawn for your help..
I came in for a minor fix with my glasses. Staff was very receptive. My glasses were fixed, lenses cleaned, and returned to me within minutes. Well done.
