I went in today because I needed some help with my existing glasses. Rick was extremely helpful, professional and very informative. He completely resolved my problem. I remember I went into this same location several months ago and someone else here was very friendly and helpful too. It’s obviously very well operated because they treat people very well. I’m not sure if Rick will see this or not, but if he does, THANK YOU Rick for helping me today. I really appreciate it.

The doctor, Sifuentes, was great. Young, friendly, energetic, knowledgeable. She did a great job explaining the use of contacts versus classes and really focusing on what my needs were. Now the office staff was half asleep. The young lady that taught me how to put on my contacts needed a microphone so I could hear her. Also, when she was doing the pre exams prior to seeing the Doctor I noticed she didn’t wipe down any of the equipment. I basically put my chin and forehead on dirty equipment.
