Target Optical has a amazing staff, lead by Karen thr Store mgr. and the eye Dr. very knowledgeable.
The Dr is great but the rest of the staff are terrible. Several calls to get a simple copy of a Rx and RUDE staff. The guy talks too much and gets angry at the smallest things, one of the women acts like you aren't even there. Decided to not buy my glasses here b/c of the staff. Will chose another practice for the exam in the future.
I have had several eye exams at this Target location, and was satisfied. My last exam was in August 2025 for both glasses and contacts. I have been trying to switch from monthly to daily lenses. Last week I called to see if I could try a daily lens and wanted to come pick up a sample to test. I was told I needed a new exam, even though my last exam was six months ago, and I saw no reason to spend more money when my prescription had not changed in years. Needless to say, I will be finding a new optometrist.
Steve, Dr. R, and Peta were all fantastic! Highly recommend. Dr. R explained everything and took her time. Steve got me the best pricing and rebates!
