My first and last time with Dr. Choi and his team. I shouldn’t have to wait to tell someone at the desk I have an appointment. Specially when I’m on time and there are two customers in the store. I understand it can get busy but I did not feel welcomed to be there. Dr. Choi asked me how I was doing upon meeting me twice, unaware of what my response even was.
