Kristy and the other gal (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) were so nice and helpful. This was my first experience with glasses and they made it a very easy and comfortable process. Kristy was even kind enough to recommend some glasses for my particular face shape. I would highly recommend using them for your glasses needs.
Optical at Target North in Rochester provides the best customer service, making customers laugh and always willing to assist with a glasses readjustment. Thank you all!

Kristy was great. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind. I knew what I wanted and she was able to make the experience smooth and quick. Got my glasses ordered in record time. I also get my optical checkup there. Great experience with the doc, but they were waaayyy behind the day I was there for the appointment. I didn’t get in until the appointment after me. Still, I was able to get it done quickly and make my next appointment on time. Even with the delay, it’s totally a 5 star. All my other eye exams have been on time.
