Great customer service! Both employees were wonderful! I love my contacts & glasses.
Jim at Target South went above and beyond with the exchange of my glasses. He was in a video visit that ran over and sent me a message apologizing for the delay and placed an order for my new glasses so I didn’t have to come back to the store to place the order. I’ve bough several pairs of glasses from Jim and he has always been kind and extremely helpful! Excellent experience and customer service!
A screw had fell out of my lens frame holding the earpiece onto the glasses the gentleman put the screw in there readjusted the earpiece and made the glasses as good as new when I offered to pay he's accepted no payment I really appreciate this service in the individuals working in this store are fantastic! Surely a marker for every other optometrist to follow!!
