The staff on site were wonderful and professional. I genuinely felt cared for. The tele doc was a first for me. If you have preexisting eye conditions I would not recommend tele doc, find somewhere in person. For the average joe who just wants to get ‘er done it is a great option. The tele technology was almost great, however, the doctor cut in and out. Perhaps a written report of the visit sent to the patient would be beneficial to aid the tele technology so nothing is left unheard. I love my new glasses and contacts though... read more
Always have a great experience at this location. Jaya has always been very knowledgeable and helpful no matter the question. They were able to fit me in to a last minute eye exam virtually through Telehealth. Really, really easy paperwork process on their iPad which only took minutes. Sarah did all of my pre-exam work and was a pleasure to spend time with. My virtual eye doctor was great, too. I recommend this location for anyone getting an eye exam and I will definitely be back!
Great experience staff is helpful and caring towards your wants in eyewear and has good style advisory. overall, very pleased with my experience!
