September 11th 2026 I came in to pick up my eye prescription. Walked around inside Target for a while and realize that the anti-glare was absolutely junk on my glasses. Antiglare wasn’t working against indoor lights or the outdoor. And looking at my phone and the television the Anti-glare was ghosting images. As if you’re having double vision. Very helpful and informative! I'm relatively new to needing glasses, Jamie was an enormous help with fitting, explaining how our insurance worked, and showing all the options available. She was so patient, and made me feel comfortable asking questions.
This place has NOT had an eye doctor for over a year! I’ve been calling and stoping in for over a month and the two girls that work in optical, never have the store open so, you can’t even take your prescription in and have them get you new glasses. Seriously. The gate is always shut, lights are always off, no one picks up the phone, no way to leave a voicemail. WTH!!!!!! Crap customer service. For real.
Nicole Melhus at Duluth Target Optical was extremely helpful and polite when my mother-in-law’s glasses needed a new screw and nose pieces. I highly recommend the store for her excellent and friendly service. Thank you!!!
Samantha and Nicole were so helpful to find the pupilary distance of our 3 year old daughter. They went above and beyond to help us.
