This place has NOT had an eye doctor for over a year! I’ve been calling and stoping in for over a month and the two girls that work in optical, never have the store open so, you can’t even take your prescription in and have them get you new glasses. Seriously. The gate is always shut, lights are always off, no one picks up the phone, no way to leave a voicemail. WTH!!!!!! Crap customer service. For real.
Nicole Melhus at Duluth Target Optical was extremely helpful and polite when my mother-in-law’s glasses needed a new screw and nose pieces. I highly recommend the store for her excellent and friendly service. Thank you!!!
