I am very impressed with my recent purchase of prescription glasses from Target Optical. The entire process was outstanding! Vivi and G were amazing. They were so patient and professional helping me select my frames and lenses. I was totally blown away with Target Optical, but more impressed with Vivi and G.

Tried leaving messages to have appointment rescheduled but no call back and they don't answer the phone and obviously don't check voice messages 2 days now! Customer service needs to improve!
Stopped in out of the blue to see if I could get my glasses fitted. Everyone was so kind and stopped what they were doing to help me, even though I didn’t even schedule anything! Now I can walk around without feeling like I’ll pull a Velma. Thank you!
