I have been going here for iver 10 years. The doctor is amazing and staff are very friendly and helpful when I am in the office. I've had an extremely hard time getting scheduled the past year and a half-ish. When I call there is no one to pick up the phone which is understandable because I am sure they are with other patients. Unfortunately, voicemails have gone unanswered for the past year and a half so I have stopped leaving them. I have been coming here for years and I’ve always been so happy. My tests were always easy,they work with me if I’m in an emergency and the front desk rocks. I had to go in today to fix my glasses (someone sat on them and I thought they were DONE) and had my usual awesome treatment plus the glasses were miraculously saved. Such nice people.
I am very impressed with my recent purchase of prescription glasses from Target Optical. The entire process was outstanding! Vivi and G were amazing. They were so patient and professional helping me select my frames and lenses. I was totally blown away with Target Optical, but more impressed with Vivi and G.
