Came back to my Fam at Target optical , Tonya was awesome! Thank you !
We are extremely happy with the team at Target Optical! Everyone is always so friendly, professional, and helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience, and they are always willing to answer questions and help us with anything we need. Our entire family comes here for our glasses, prescriptions, and eye care needs, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. Great fast eye exam and service! Team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you
I would like to say that Devin went above customer service, she was working with a customer when I went ro pick up my meta glasses, I was in a rush and she was with a customer so I left and she called my phone to explain how sorry she was because she wasn't able to go over the glasses with me and how to use them,I thought that was so kind and caring, she didn't have to do that but it made my day because she thought about me after I had already left the store. Great Customer Service Devin🫡
Tania Ware was so kind and understanding, I just moved to Rowlett and needed contact lenses and she saved my life. She took my prescription and ordered them, next day delivery, completely put me at ease, on Labor Day! I will definitely use Target Optical as my contact lense/glasses spot!
