Jacob was a great help with ordering contacts and making my new glasses selection! He worked to ensure I got the best deal between my insurance and the current offers they were running. I even decided to get a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. They now have many shade color options to choose from and a wide variety of other lens options to your preferences, which I was walked through as well when making my selection. Would recommend!
The store was ok . But my prescription was so off . Someone stole my Olin blue sunglasses. Probably didn’t know they were Prescription ones . I’d take them off and couldn’t see close where this wasn’t ever an issue . I’ve gone without the can see better than either them . I kept saying it blurry she said it didn’t matter as long as it’s close I’m glad I had them stolen really . FYI don’t use the eye Dr there anyways !!!
Amazing customer service!! Jacob and Cinthya were very helpful for my first time getting glasses. They definitely made the experience very easy and fun. They gave great suggestions and made sure I got a bang for my buck! 💯💯💯
