JACOB saved the day! He was very thorough in explaining everything and helped my daughter fix her glasses! Please go see this Target optical for all your optical needs!
Worst customer service ever. Won’t pick up phones, once they do just tell you to come in person. Once you come in person they tell you they can’t see you til the following day. Do not recommend coming here unless you have complete flexibility. And don’t listen to the receptionist because they don’t honor their word.

Jacob is an asset to Target Optical! He’s very informative, always helpful, and stays on task throughout my visits. It’s always a pleasure walking in and seeing him. He provides excellent customer service and is truly an asset to the team!
