We had an absolutely amazing experience at Target Optical, thanks to Jennifer! From beginning to end, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to explain all of our options, answered every question we had, and clearly explained how our insurance would apply. We were so impressed with her recommendations and service that we actually came back to purchase some of the products she recommended to help us take better care of our lenses. I had to update my review, not sure what’s changed over the years but the customer service at this location is severely lacking. Including my recent appointment I’ve visited this location 3 times, the lack of acknowledgement and the communication is poor. The fact that they sit at desks right where you walk in and pretend they don’t see you is really sad. Awesome experience! Very professional and friendly staff, even being slammed at the end of the year they were all working very quickly.

My husband and I went to look for sunglasses and glasses, and we had Jennifer helping us. She was amazing and very patient with my husband who asks every question possible… can’t praise her enough!

My sister had a scheduled appointment at 12. We came early at 11:50 to make sure anything needed to be filled out ect could be taken care of. We came in no one acknowledged us so we went ahead and told one of the ladies just sitting there talking to eachother that we had an appointment scheduled. She took my sister to the back, had her sit down, then told “Oh, sorry you have someone in front of you” and told us to continue waiting. We agin came early which I won’t count that time.
