Cheryle was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful while helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Her friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend this Amazing Team! P.S. I hope I’m spelling her name correctly! She was absolutely amazing!

Very poor customer service from Target Optical. My order was “in the lab” for over three weeks with zero updates. I called several times asking them to check on it, and nothing was ever done. No one followed up, no one contacted the lab, and no one seemed to care that I had been waiting that long for glasses. I finally canceled the order and got a refund. I went to LensCrafters instead and had my glasses in one week. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
SECOND EXPERIENCE... Cheryle was terrific and this time I opted for the Oakley Meta variety. They are water resistant. The service stays great here and Dr. Watson was very nice to my wife and I. My glasses are super important for work and play. 2 YEARS GO.Jennifer:) 's superpower is customer service. This is not AI.
