Dr. Watson was very thorough and professional as well as friendly. He gave me detailed explanations whenever I asked a question. Jennifer was also professional and very helpful and pleasant. The entire staff was great.
From the moment I walked into Target optical I was impressed.Melissa greeted me and was knowledgeable on both contacts and glasses. I immediately felt at ease. She gave me all the options for my Medicare advantage plan and walked me through each one. My vision exam with Dr Zetir was exceptional. She listened to me and gave me several options on contacts. To say they were accommodating at Target optical is an understatement. If you have never shopped at the Target optical department in Sanford, what are you waiting for?

The two stars are for the in-store customer experience. The Dr, the staff, the selection. Where it is lost is there is absolutely no follow up after your order. This is the second time I have purchased glasses and the second time there is no communication when they were in. No phone call, no email, no nothing. They called to verify my appointment, they verified my phone number when I was at my appointment. But ghosted like a dating app after they got what they wanted!
