I preordered a Nintendo Switch 2 through Target. FedEx marked it as delivered on June 9—but it was never delivered to my home. I filed a police report, provided photo evidence of the misdelivery location, and contacted both FedEx and Target. FedEx confirmed they delivered it to the wrong place but told me only Target could file a claim. When I contacted Target with full documentation, they refused to help, simply repeating, “The package was delivered.” This is terrible customer service.
