Came in just to check my eligiblity for contacts and left delighted by the the customer service I was given by LP. I was able to get in there and here all of my eligibity not just for contacts but my glasses, lenses, and insurance coverage. I was then immediately helped in finding an appointment time that would work for my schedule thanks to the help of LP. LP was amazing! Highly recommend
Overall a very good experience. The Dr. is quiet but pleasant. I felt a little rushed through the exam. Martha helped me when I picked up my glasses and was very helpful with adjustments and identifying an issue with my prescription.
