Office had insurance information before arriving, previously seen there. Appointment booked for over a month. They waited until day and time of appointment to tell me they wouldn't take my insurance instead of calling ahead to inform me it would be "self pay". Would not recommend going. Staff was rude about the situation.
UPDATE: As with last year, My Target Optical experience was phenomenal with Mr. AL, and while the frames I wanted were no longer available in the color I wanted, the discount received certainly made up for it.
