After filling out a form the receptionist gave me, I waited for 50 minutes. The optometrist then came out into the waiting area and I realized she had not been seeing anybody the whole time as no one had come in or out of the exam room. I said something about my appointment only to find out the assistant/receptionist had not bothered to notify her I was there.
