Stopped in for nosepiece repair Elizabeth in the Cedar Rapids Blairsferry store. Super helpful, lovely customer service!!!
They were great helping me pick out my new glasses. I went with my families choice over theirs and found they were too big for me (as she said they were). They helped pick another pair to exchange with. They were patient and helpful both times
Staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy, which is awesome (especially compared to some other Eyewear stores). Elizabeth was lovely to work with today. I appreciate that appointments are on time, they offer a great selection of frames, and my previous pair of Target optical glasses have held up well for a year!
