Target Optical in Tulare is the best! Anna helped me the day I went in looking to buy some Rx frames. She was so helpful and friendly. I told her my big head needs larger frames, and off she went and pulled all the larger framed glasses for me to try on. She gave me her honest opinion on how each pair I tried on looked.
