I went in January 14 for a new pair of glasses , it’s now February 27th and still don’t have my eye glasses. This is causing my eye t twitch more and headaches. Every time I call the phone just rings. I will be thinking about moving my business somewhere else.
Ms. Beverly is so helpful in every way. She helped me a year ago so I’m back at Target optical. She is efficient, knowledgeable ,and has a sweet personality. You can tell she loves her job.
I am a repeat customer for many reasons, but definitely because of Ms. Beverly. She has always been so helpful in selecting frames & I recently lost vision coverage, but she took the time to find a substantial discount through my healthcare insurance. She definitely goes the extra mile for her customers & that is very rare in today's world. She is an absolute asset to Target Optical Lafayette, La. & also the reason I continue to return.
I am not able to get through to anyone to change an appt.
Dr Geoffroy is always great. Staff very unprofessional. The stress of too many patients is getting to her. I’m going to help them out by giving them one less patient to deal with. I won’t be go back.
