The employees were extremely professional and very friendly. They went out of their way to help me in every way possible. They were kind and patient with me and everyone I saw them interact with. You have stellar staff and you should keep them.

I went in and picked up my glasses this afternoon, but the girl working did not want to correctly adjust my glasses as she was too busy wanting to get back to her telephone. Within an hour or so my glasses started to slip on my face, eventually fell off and scratched my lens. When I picked them up I was explaining to her what was going to happen.
