The service I received today from associate Renee was exceptional. Previously Riley also provided excellent service. Very happy with my glasses. I recommend both of them at the Livonia Target
The manager of this place is one of the rudest people I've ever come across! Called to make an appointment, was spelling my last name and she totally messed it up while typing it. She asks me "it's spelled kesk right?" I say no, then she blames me for her not hearing it correctly. A terrible attitude starts, all because she didn't get the spelling correct.(And I corrected her when she tried to blame me) So then we're finishing the appointment setup, I'm still talking and she just hangs up on me. Always a pleasant experience, but I recently needed my script from my last exam (lost my glasses) and they withheld MY script from me and couldn't give a reason as to why. I have now learned some corporations do this, without legal reasons to support. Completely unfair to the patient.
