Thrilled with service here. Combine shopping + annual appt makes it easy. Had visited an opthamologist just before Target optical for contacts and the Target exam was much more thorough! That was surprising. Also, contacts were only 20 hours from order to my door. I like having a place to call with questions as well as online. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. Good pricing and selection.
I've been looking to get glasses for the past few days. I've spoken to a couple of different optical stores, including Target optical. When I called into the store to get an update on my quote, Riley answered the phone. Riley was horrible. She was unhelpful and refused to give me a quote over the phone, saying I had to come all the way in with my prescription or she would NOT do it. My previous call I had great svc with the manager. After my previous optometrist closed, I've been coming to Target Optical for the last few years and have been consistently impressed. Dr. Hill is exceptional. He performed a very thorough eye exam and was patient and kind, answering every question I had. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' eye health. I will definitely return for my next check-up.
The service I received today from associate Renee was exceptional. Previously Riley also provided excellent service. Very happy with my glasses. I recommend both of them at the Livonia Target
