It’s been some time since I’ve had an eye exam, but each step of the testing was thoroughly explained. It was also my first telehealth examination, and it was no different than having the doctor in person. Niko was a pleasure to work with. Overall the team was very professional. They were able to answer my questions.
Patty helped get my glasses back in working order when the screw came out and helped get me adjusted! Very nice!
