Very interesting appointment. Niko L. was very thorough and helpful! First time having a virtual optometrist but still got exactly the prescription i needed! Very calm and quiet office which made my experience nicer!
I was a long time customer. I purchased 8 pairs or Ray-Bans from them over the years. That's thousands of dollars. They switched to remote eye-exam and I put up with it. Very very unpleasant experience but they always made it up to me someway. Looks like now they're under a new management and they have no room to wiggle which I understand. Last year one of their sales reps gave me a back handed compliment to which I turned the blind eye to and moved forward with my purchased. But made me feel uncomfortable. Came in today for a routine check up. Sonia did an excellent job at explaining the process to me and walking me through it. We had some trouble finding sunglasses that fit my prescription but she helped me quickly find an alternative that fit. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!
