Heather is very friendly. I walked in the optical and she greeted me with a big smile. Very helpful.
They have always been polite and friendly and taking care of me. We had an issue yesterday, but it was the Insurance fault and we took care of it today. Yesterday they took care of it quickly without any issue with my insurance company went back and received. excellent service as always.
Their team is great. Dr. Houdek is the bee's knees. She's thoughtful, thorough, personable, and just amazing. Heather was incredibly personable, helpful, and efficient in getting me a new pair of glasses!
The staff here are amazing. I picked two frames and the store manager helped out with getting my prescription she is very kind. Everyone here had great a great attitude and very attentive and caring. It was super quick and efficient thanks to the amazing staff. Customer service is a 20/10
