I visited the Target Optical department located at the Northfield Shopping Center in Denver yesterday. We were having lunch with an out of town friend at a nearby restaurant. Our friend asked me to try to replace one of the nose pads that had fallen off her glasses. I tried unsuccessfully and realized I would need expertise and tools I did not possess. Had one job to order a metal pair of frames that I had tried on, come in today only to see that the wrong pair had been ordered. Only a sorry and you’ll have to wait longer. Absolutely zero compensation for wasting my time. Such incompetence! I guess I’ll wait to see how the metal frames come out. I’ll be updating this review once the new frames are ordered and in my possession.
I so regret that I forgot to ask the lady’s name. Yesterday I went to this Target, hoping to fix my glasses. The problem was that one screw went missing causing the leg to be detached. The lady there helped me fix it in 2 minutes. She was kind and nice and very professional! The time was 3.29.25 around 4:30 pm.
