Great experience and they explained it perfectly
Be weary. If you have insurance they will not allow you to get discounts in store. For instance if frames are on clearance. You can NOT use your insurance for the clearance frames and get the clearance price. Its my 1st time here and last time. NO other eyeglass place has ever done that. I can assure you America best allows it. Insurance is not a promotion as target optical is saying. Simply ridiculous. Go elsewhere, its a money grab. Upcharge, upsell. Stay away, again a money grab. This place is awesome, from great customer service to the people that work at this location especially Rebecca and Robert. They ate very friendly and are very polite and attentive. This is the only place I come to get my prescription glasses and sin glasses
