Lena went above and beyond to take care of me and provide me with everything I needed. I happened to stop in one day just to get my glasses tightened. I ended up getting a brand new pair under my protection plan and she did everything possible to help me with that process and make sure I was leaving happy. I live about 30 minutes away where I do have a Target Optical nearby, but decided to come back to get my new pair here just because of Lena’s amazing service!

We’ve used this Target optometry for about four years. I’ve never liked the doctor because she’s cold and too business-like, but I’ve gotten good prescriptions. First off, although I’ve been to this Target at least three times, and I’m in the system, I was forced to once again fill out the entire intake form. A waste of time for me. Someone called me a day before my appointment to check on my insurance - we don’t have any anymore as we are retired and would rather pay out of pocket.
