I am trying contact lens for the first time. Emily did a wonderful job explaining how to place and remove the lens and how to care for them. She took her time and was very knowledgeable. She gave me some great tips. The entire experience was better than I anticipated and gave me the confidence that I needed to try them out.
William was great! I got there about 35 minutes before they closed. I just planned on looking and trying on frames, as I didn't have an appointment. I really had no expectations. William was the only one working and was helping other customers. When he was done assisting them, he asked if he could help me. Now, it was minutes from closing time.
