Dr Smith is so incredibly patient with my daughter. My family has been going to him for years. He’s so calm and takes the time to answer all of my questions.
They all have an attitude. Went in for a simple eye glasses adjustment, and the moment I was helped I knew I wasn’t going to be satisfied. Maybe because my glasses are not from there, but they can just say they can’t adjust them, or charge me for their services. Not the most pleasant customer experience.

Penny, the Store Manager, was terrific today. I went in to get a new pair of glasses, following a recent eye exam. My prescription had changed. Penny was very patient as I tried on several frames. She pulled up my insurance and was able to get me a larger discount than I thought. I have been getting my glasses at this location for several years now and the quality of service has been excellent every time. It is a welcoming facility.
