Order has not been delivered, now 4 days past expected delivery date. Information on website order status is incorrect. Online chat is useless....waited 25 minutes to get agent and then chat disconnected due to inactivity as I was typing response to agent. Phones customer service...cannot speak to live person, system just parrots incorrect info on website, no option to speak to live agent. Phones local store's optical dept and they say cannot access onpine order info. Target has lost a customer.
Came in with a loose lens on my sunglasses. Daniel took care of me and did a full review of the glasses to make sure they were ready to go. A great experience and felt taken care of. TU!

Daniel was exceptionally courteous and highly skilled to adjust my glasses.
I’m currently traveling and ripped my one pair of contacts. This WONDERFUL woman went on a hunt in their low stock to find my exact prescription to replace my ripped pair. She was SO helpful and seriously my lifesaver. It’s too bad the Target is remodeling and closing this pharmacy because they had the best customer service.
