I stopped by multiple times to see if they would take my insurance since on the website for my insurance it stated target optical was an option. The first time they acted like my insurance card wasn’t the correct card,so I stop by a second time to show a different card...which was pointless because I asked them if they took my insurance and “they didn’t know” and that the “insurance people” would be there the next day. I went to target optical for contacts. After taking all the measurements and readings of their computer they use he said how does that look. It was not right. The doctor just said well it should be that’s what the reading on the machine are showing. But I was seeing double. I said no it’s not right. I tried to explain it and he was clueless on what was not right. Finally I said look I’ll just take my old prescription and the same brand of contacts. He was more than happy to oblige. The best customer service. Not the widest selection of frames, but they had all the brands I like and I still found the right pair. For the designer frames and the fancy lenses I wanted, it only cost $250, and I didn't have insurance coverage either. Will be buying all of my glasses here from now on.
