Showed up a few minutes late at 10:26 for a 10:20 appointment and the doctor (John Riley) was sitting on his lazy butt and refused to see me. Every other doc I visit has at least a 10min grace period- it’s a shame this eye doc doesn’t. Back to our local eye doc instead of this garbage office which wasted my time! Thanks for nothing, lazy John!
Great staff. Friendly and efficient. It was a busy day but Dave did a great job taking care of everyone!
Very smooth and well-coordinated approach by the doctors
Everyone from the front desk all the way to the physician were top tier. It is a little shop, but everyone is very nice. Dr. Riley also comes off as very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend others check him out.
