My sunglasses weren’t working for me (Frame size and lens color), so I came in and under their 90 day satisfaction guarantee, I just picked out a new frame, new color of lens and was on my way. No hassle no fuss - the manager Dave was awesome and helpful as always. Hopefully the new pair works out for me, but if not, I have 90 days to try a different pair.
I had a great experience at Target Optical! The doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The associates were friendly, helpful, and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to others.
