I have been a returning patient for several years and have always had a great experience with the staff here. However, my recent annual eye exam (the week of November 10th) was disappointing and concerning. The very next day, I developed a puffy eyelid in one eye and a stye in the other. I always take great care to wash my hands before touching my eyes, especially in a clinic environment—so the immediate development of an infection strongly suggests a serious sanitation issue.
