Stopped in during business hours at Target Optical Hilldale. Was told over the phone that I could stop by any time to pick up my glasses. I live 40 min from here. They left a post it note about a 20 min bathroom break. I have been here 20 min. Not good.
I accidentally sat on my glasses and it became lopsided. MARY in optical section of Hilldale Target fixed it for me. They are new as day one!! Shout-out to her!
