I had an excellent experience at Target Optical thanks to Nick and Mary. I visited multiple times, and Nick is very approachable, professional, and always patient and helpful. This was my first time meeting Mary, and she truly knows her stuff. She treated me with such kindness — like a caring mother. They both made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and they even gave me a new free case, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service. NICK was extremely helpful from the second I entered the store making me feel comfortable if I had any questions or concerns. He ran me through and explained all lens options and even made a difficult repair to my previous pair of glasses without hesitation. Very professional and very kind.
