Wow did I pick the right place to go for an eye exam and new glasses!! The service was better than amazing and the staff were personable as well as extremely knowledgeable. They went into detail thoroughly explaining every question I had to make sure that I understood. The optometrist ( Dr. Mitchell) was extremely kind and did an additional test on my eyes that would've cost 39 dollars for free when I told him I wasn't working. The doctor is so nice & kind & patient. My daughter has gotten her glasses here two years in a row. Also a huge shoutout to Max he helped find my daughter her glasses. He took his time (after hours) to find glasses identical to the ones she had found that were adult sized. She was so happy & excited to get them. Thank you for always providing a great experience for my daughter.
The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They were super patient with me as I learned how to take out my contacts, which literally took hours. They also corrected a systems error which prevented me from getting my contacts and stuck with me to the end! 10/10!
