Tommy is straightforward and a direct communicator. He didn't try to sell me bullshit I didn't want or need and was friendly and nice to do business with. He explained things well so I didn't need to ask any questions. He didn't try to steer me off of what I wanted and assisted me in getting business done so I could get on with my day. Nice work!
I had the BEST experience with Target optical! Emily, Tommy, and Alyssa were so easy going and helpful! I was in and out very quickly, and they had an answer for every question I had. Great experience!!
Everyone at this office is great! I was greeted when I walked in the door. Dr. Heverly did a fantastic job! She is very personable and answered several questions I had regarding my eyes. Tommy assisted in finding the perfect eyeglasses (along with other staff giving their opinions). Very friendly atmosphere that resulted in a great experience.
I went into target optical on Monday customer service was fantastic tommy waited on me was very patient with me as I am very indecisive I finally picked out frames and got everything lined up paid and left then 2 days later called tommy told him I had changed my mind on the frames he was great told me to come in he would get it taken care of everything was seamless great customer service highly recommend target optical I'll be back
