This is a good office but the recent lack of communication is very disappointing and a massive inconvenience. I believe this is due the newer staff they’ve introduced in the past few years. I’ve been a patient of Dr. David for 14 years. This week I came in for my yearly appointment to be told that my insurance is no longer accepted. I don’t normally leave reviews but the staff here are fantastic. I just came in to get an eye exam and some glasses. They are personable and treated me like a human being. Versus most retail experiences with the indifference, passive aggressiveness, and or robotic corporate upsell the whole time.
Amazing location for eye exam and great eyewear. Newest trends with Rayban & Oakley Meta.
