Had an issue with an order I placed online. Took the glasses to this store for some help and Emily was there to save the day. She called the online retailer on my behalf since it’s technically different than the actual stores and was able to talk to the rep for me and tell them what the issue was, get me a shipping label to send the damaged product back, and get another sent to me same day! It was probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Thank you, Emily!!
