I am very disappointed with the service at Target Optical. I had an eye exam followed by a consultation and ordered new lenses for my existing glasses. I was told it would take two weeks. 3.5 weeks later, I had to call and ask where my lenses were. After a lengthy phone call, it turned out that my order had been canceled and I needed to bring in my glasses frame. I had stopped in while shopping at Target for other items. I wanted to see if they carried, Oakley Barrelhouse frames. Kim was very helpful and friendly. It was 30 minutes before she was to close but that did not seem to have any impact at all. Kim took the time to lookup up the item up and told me she could order them. She also checked my insurance, and helped me get the best lenses for my glasses. I would highly recommend this location. The location wasn't on my radar initially, but I am glad I stopped in!
