My second time writing this review. 5 stars all the way! Wes is an awesome sales guy. Respected my budget and found ways to make it even better (coupon combos etc). Ada(?) was a great hype girl, styling my new frames. The woman who checked me in was so patient. The optometrist was super kind. I’ve had some hard diagnoses lately and she helped explain some of my new symptoms and some suggestions on what to look out for and even offered a recheck soon just to keep ahead of what may come. Great experience. Very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Dr. Kirby educsted me with so many details during the exam that no other doctor had taken the time to explain. When it came time to consider purchasing glasses, Ann went out of her way to thoroughly explain the insurance, discounts, every option, and even gave suggestions of frames based on my face shape and skin tone.
