I can't say enough about the service I received at the South Park store in Austin. Paul Milstead understands the role of management and took care of all my issues personally. My issues were all due to manufacturing and Paul solved them all. Great place to go for your Eyewear needs. Thank you Paul!

Bex was awesome! We showed up 4 minutes before close on a Saturday to get the frame of my raybans back together. At first she didn’t think she’d be able to fix them but didn’t give up even though it was after close! She got the job done and saved the day! I was out of contacts and blind as bat. She went above beyond when she didn’t have to!
I'd recommend anyone to visit the target at Southpark Meadows, and ask for expert Bex who knows glasses inside and out and loves what she does. After eye surgery I'd been looking for my perfect fit & style glasses for months and spent hours at all the major retailers in 2 states (Ray-Ban, A.B., L.C. E. Exp., etc) and online without success. Don’t waste your time if you’re getting contacts at Target Optical. It’s a pain trying to schedule a follow up visit if it’s not made while you’re at the office. Ordering was an even bigger pain. They will decline your order, give you a bad code to make up for their error, and make you jump through too many hoops when many other places have a better system. It’s a shame because the Optometrist was great.
