I highly recommend this Target Optical - and Emily specifically! She is knowledgeable and friendly and, whether I’m buying glasses or not, I always go by and say hi to her. I love this Target Optical and hope Emily never leaves!
The optometrist was professional and thorough, and the lady that assisted me with the purchase of my glasses was kind and helpful
Oliver spent 30 minutes with me helping me decide on a pair of frames that look good and what lenses would work best for me and was so extremely kind and funny. The doctor was quick and efficient. They helped me get all the additional things I needed, and thoroughly walked me through every process. The store was well stocked and clean.
I've made an appointment a week in advance for 11-04-25 @ 1:00pm. When I've arrived and tried to check in I was told that there was no appointment set up for me. I told the lady that I had scheduled it online and showed her the confirmation email. She said that they don't work with the website to get appointments set up. Funny enough she found a second appointment that I did also online the same day a did mine for a family member under my name. Emily was super helpful with a pair of glasses that I had purchased at this store a couple of years ago. Her attitude and willingness to help me was awesome!
