My husband and I visited the Optical department at the Chase Ave. Target store for eye exams and to get new glasses. I was helped by Kaia Dunlap on 2 separate occasions and both times Kaia was friendly, sincere, helpful and knowledgeable. Kaia helped both of us pick out our frames and she really made us feel like she was committed to making us leave happy. We were very happy with the excellent service we both received from Kaia.
Haven’t gone to see an eye doctor in 20 years so I had no idea what to expect, but I was delightfully surprised by how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I got exams, fittings, and a new set of glasses all same day and they walked me through every step of the journey. I highly recommend this location’s optical team!
The staff is very kind and respectful. The office is clean and well organized to find what you need or want. I have been a patient for years. The location is very convenient.
One of the best eye exam experiences I've had. Fast teamwork, did not have to wait to get seen. People here are direct and informative, willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met. I could tell their main interest was to help and not just to sell you as much.
