This is the most convenient and inexpensive place for my family to purchase eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. We are always greeted promptly by friendly and helpful staff and browsing through frames is easy and pressure-free. Discussing the prescription, our individual preferences, and completing the purchase has always been a smooth and efficient process.
Ben was incredibly kind and helpful. My prescription was originally for progressive lenses and I wore them for a few days before realizing that they were not going to work for me. I brought them back and he immediately ordered me new pairs with single vision lenses. When those came in he took the time to make sure they fit comfortably and made the necessary adjustments. The entire process was easier and less stressful because of him. Thank you!
I have been a customer at this facility along with my family for years. All of the staff members are incredibly kind but Sienna and Kendra absolutely stand out. They both remember me every time I come in, whether it's for myself or a family member. They also always go above and beyond to deliver the best experience possible, out of what can certainly be a daunting task, selecting the proper frames. I've been coming back to Oviedo optical department again and again now, for about 8 pairs of glasses. I have been helped by many various opticians over the years and all have been top notch in customer service. Each has been helpful, informative and always finding the best price. Recently, Martha called other stores for me to find my son's discontinued frame, as he lost the glasses and just needed to reorder asap, and he's out of town.
