very helpful fixed the loose screw on my glasses with no charge and was very nice during the process.
I had ordered glasses through my insurance and they recommended using Target optical. But the prescription I received was wrong. While still sitting in the office, I told the doctor that, but was told I didn't know and to try the prescription. I wound up with glasses I could not use. I cried the day I received my glasses. I could not read on my phone, prescription medication labels, and paying my bills was impossible. I spent 3 months complaining to my insurance and Target optical and got no where. Dr. Nguyen is personable, attentive, and understanding in getting me fitted with right lens for my daily needs. Kudos to her staff as well.
