The optician is never on time. Third try. Never again. They clearly overbook. Why is their time more valuable than mine? Never have to wait for my appointment at the Steele Creek location. I don’t do this to my clients and they shouldn’t do it to theirs.
I was told they would be open on Saturday. (Stonecrest - Charlotte, NC) They were closed, will be closed tomorrow (Sunday) and no way to pick up my order. I was not the only one who came by just to pick up an order. Wasted time in bad traffic on a Christmas shopping weekend. Bad Target management that someone wasn’t sent from another store to assist.
