They were so kind about helping through the process of getting my first pair of glasses! From the doctor who did the eye exam and answered my questions about vision to the manager who explained how to clean my glasses and gassed me up when I tried them on for the first time, Target Optical has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.
I didn’t wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. The actual appointment was quick but felt thorough. Not a big selection of glasses in store but they do have options online. Also cost effective. I spent the same amount on my appointment and progressive glasses out of pocket that I would normally spend with insurance.
The people were nice but my walk in experience could’ve been better. First, there’s like no where to sit which wouldn’t be an issue normally except I have severe back pain right now so that kind of sucked. And they said I had to stay in the eye area so I had to just stand there in pain. Second, the prescription I was sent home with was not correct at all. The numbers were off and I had to call back and have a new script sent to me. Which was still missing my PD number. Granted it was busy but I still feel like this could’ve ... read more
