I went there for an eye exam and a contacts fitting and the doctor went very impatient when I questioned about the bill that the front desk people did for me as an estimate. The doctor insisted on charging me for a premium fitting instead of a standard one, which is cheaper. When I asked why I should do a premium fitting instead of the standard fitting the doctor said because I chose the regular contact lenses not the colored ones.
