Had a great service from beginning of my eye exam to the end of purchasing a new pair of glasses! Very customer oriented! Will come back here for future eye exams!
I was shopping at Target and my nose pad fell off my glasses. I am not a patient but I figured I would ask how much to replace it was. The sweet lady at the counter said it was free and gave me an entire new pair and cleaned the posts. I may think about making them my new ophthalmologist.
The service is usually fine here but my husband got glasses with exam last year. He said the prescription for his glasses was lower than what he had before even then they checked his glasses before the exam. I got new glasses earlier this year. I told the front desk agent they did not feel right when I first put them on. I felt like I was on a boat. She told me to try them out for a bit people usually adjust but to come back if there still was a problem. (Gave me no time line or date to return). I wore them for a few months ... read more
