Accidentally bent my glasses and I showed up not having an account with them. Shoshanna fixed my glasses and I was out within a minute.
I don't understand why, after at least 20 years of being very pleased with the service at Target Optical, they would not honor the 25% discount on a new pair of glasses I recently ordered and paid for. I'm very discouraged and don't understand why this happened. This truly does not seem fair to a dedicated customer
Shoshanna helped me with a difficult exchange. Target Opical has a genuinely good store policy that favors customer satisfaction. It was Shoshanna honest opinion on which glasses looked good and style sense helped.
