Melineze is the most wonderfully upbeat asset to Target Optical. She took such good care of me & my life partner. We were so impressed with the Optometrist, and the experience just got better with the customer service of the entire team. My daughter had the Best experience with her first visit to Target Eye care exam. The staff was incredibly helpful with frame selection and quality of the exam. Amanda made the check out process with my insurance so easy and explained everything to us. Impressed with the technology they use to make the frame adjustment and great value! In addition, insurance can be used at any Target optical location while traveling, so convenient! Thank you for making this an awesome experience!

Paid $60 extra for a contact appointment in MARCH 2025. They took the money and did the exam and said they didn't have my prescription trial pair so would order them. Three months later and two follow-up calls and they just keep saying they will let me know when they come in. Wouldn't recommend this Target Optical fpr contacts unless you have a very basic prescription (which you won't know until after you pay the $60).
Love this Target Optical center. Got my eye exam here and everything went great. I especially enjoyed and appreciated Diamond’s help. She was friendly and super helpful, answering all my questions, and going out of her way to make sure my needs were met.
