I visited the Medallion Vision office for a routine eye exam to update my prescription and was charged $30 for retinal photography even though I DECLINDED this option in the pre-screening questionnaire. I have this in writing and I signed off on it and was forced into this photography. The office manager told me I did not have a choice which was because I was paying out of pocket.
