I came in to get my glasses adjusted after I fell and bent them out of shape. Crissie was so nice and helpful and had them fixed in under 5 minutes and cleaned them for me as well.
Made an appointment only to show up and there be no doctor. Without even asking my name or information the woman at the desk tried to gaslight me that I was at a wrong location until admitting that there were in fact appointments scheduled for today but she swears she called everyone to cancel them. I received no such call. Without even looking at her system, this woman condescendingly told me shes sorry i didnt listen to the voicemail she "definitely left." Dont waste your time at this place.
